Summer Solstice

I awoke at 4.44am this morning — an auspicious time to rise with the birds and allow Wisdom to flow on the Summer Solstice, which was at 4.58am here in New Zealand.

This is what I received from my Highest:

I have just reached the pause at the end of a long exhale. My outflow is complete for this cycle. I rest here, at Home in-between, peacefully observing the growth my Being has inspired, enjoying the fruits of all the lessons I have reaped, honouring the outflow, not as doing as such, just as action in response to a flow — a flow of freedom of Love within.

Love has exhaled; it has shone from me; it has rippled outwards, and in return, I am not devoid of Brilliance; rather, its intensity has increased, reflected in this longest day where light is more abundant than dark.

But the dark is never meant to be overruled; it is never meant to be deleted from our truth. It is the in breath I will soon begin to take — the journey of retreat we must all allow.

But for now, here I am, pausing in the stillness of my truth, with gratitude once again filling my glass.

I was considering what photo to choose to reflect this beautiful Wisdom, and I decided that nothing says SUMMER SOLSTICE like mint and strawberry ice cubes! My boys made these yesterday and we enjoyed them in the sunshine, already pausing, already sensing a stillness before we journey back within.

Happy Solstice wherever you are on your journey.

With Love and gratitude for your Brilliance,

Kirsty
